Fleet Driver Training is an important part of any business that employs people who drive for work.
Repairs due to collisions, insurance premiums, third party claims, vehicles off road, missed orders, employee time off work due to injury, hidden admin costs
Reduced risk of harm to employees and others affected by their activities, and compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
Eco-friendly drivers save on fuel and maintenance bills, boost the company’s green credentials and reduce emissions
Good PR through the display of professional, considerate and safe driving practices. Turn each and every driver into a key ambassador for the company
No two companies are the same so we will build you a bespoke training programme to fit your company’s wants, needs and goals.
Training is implemented using tried and tested training methods and strategies, delivered by a DVSA qualified fleet driver trainer
We will review employee progress and goal achievement with the aim to promote continued driver development.
By building an ongoing relationship together we can ensure the continued health, safety and welfare of your driving workforce, helping your company grow and prosper.
As part of your structured plan we can deliver
We use a combination of mindfulness inspired techniques and coaching methods to refocus the driver’s attention and highlight observations about driving (and life) that help put a different spin on things. This is through use of a system we call the ‘Value Centred Perspective’ or ‘VCP’.
The VCP puts a person’s Values at the heart of what they do, how they do it and why. By aligning their actions with what matters to them most the driver relates to the training on a more personal level, thus cementing it.
By delivering Mindfulness Based Driver Training in a workshop setting a sense of community is emphasised. Bringing people together to talk openly about their concerns and to work together towards a common goal helps to create and strengthen bonds.
Reducing negativity such as anger and frustration not only leads to a safer driving practice but also improves the health and well-being of the driver. The healthier and happier your employees are the less likely they will call in sick or be signed off from work altogether with stress. Investing in them at this level saves the company money in the long run.
“I started Drivefully to reduce fear, anger and frustration on the road making it a safer place to be for all that use it. I’m extremely grateful for the time I get to spend with my clients, sharing the material and helping them choose how and why they do the things they do. I love the challenge of going into a room of people, helping them identify old, outdated and often dangerous behaviours, and equipping them with tools, techniques and understanding to better themselves. We all want to be happy and avoid suffering, and once I show someone how their actions may not be the best way to achieve that, change comes naturally”.
